AP)Two convicted murders who used power tools to cut their way out of a prison near the Canadian border could be nearby or “in Mexico by now,” New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Sunday

I am sure the convicts feel the noose tightening as the authorities have narrowed the search down to an area the size of the Continental United States, although it sounds as if we could include the entire Western Hemisphere. Governor Cuomo's guess is hardly subject to many constraints.

When our rights to privacy and to live in a surveillance free world are outlawed, only outlaws will have privacy and be free of surveillance.
